Liked: It was clean and close to the beach. It had a very relaxing vibe. The kitchen staff were very helpful.

Disliked: It is not maintained very well. For example, there are broken tiles in the bathroom. The lady who was supposed to put the mosquito net around the bed and spray the room did so once and not again during our stay. We did not have electricity on the one morning. It was because of a faulty cable. The other rooms had electricity. There were no torches or candles for this eventuality despite it being a regular problem in Znz. We did not receive an apology for the inconvenience either.

Disliked: location is out of the way from the main centre and popular beaches, no internet available

Liked: there is nothing that we liked about the property. It was the sea and the breeze that made our stay okay. One good thing was that they assisted us with some tablets.

Disliked: the owners we rather stiff and unfriendly. There were too many rules and regulations and she charged us for everything even before we checked in as if though we are thieves.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and the beachbungalow was nice, with a good vieuw.

Disliked: During low tide you can't swim at this location. In the restaurant was no beef or chicken on the menu. If you don't like fish, you have to look for another place to eat.

Liked: very friendly and helpful staff. The offered tours were well organized and cheaper compared to other places that offer these tours. Remote beach and not a lot of tourists which was good and exactly what we wanted.

Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.

Liked: The Twisted Palm is right on the beach. Great location and the restaurant is one of the best on the stretch. The staff were very accomodating. Laura and her husband, the manager, were great. Breakfast was wonderful. A very nice stay overall.
