Liked: Staff were accomodating and helpful. They assisted us with all our of our needs during the stay. Staff went to the bus station to book our bus tickets and helped us negotiate the bus station chaos at the main bus terminal in Dar. In addition, despite having booked one room for the two of us, my brother and I were given a room each for no extra charge.

Disliked: Cold showers, with no water pressure. I had to shower using the bathroom sink one one occasion. Secondly, the location of the establishment. It is located 45 min from the Dar CBD, which is quite an expensive taxi trip. Lastly, my brothers room did not have a working fan one night nor a toilet seat (which was rectified quickly).

Liked: staff very friendly but not worth the money. charged $10 for rubbish chicken and chips when i arrived. no running water so showered with bucket (may not be hostels fault as powercut's here very common). not good if want to meet people, saw no one that didn't work there during my stay (which was only one night). massive discount available if working for charity/volunteering, not promoted on hostelbookers

Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.
