After getting Off from Taipei Airport:
You can get a Bus, which takes 5 mins to the subway and pay $150 Taipei New Dollars and the take the Subway for 15 mins and pay around $20 -30 Taipei New Dollars and get off at Xinpu Station Exit No.2. Turning right when you walk out the station and walk 2 mins to the Hotel, this would be visible as you get off from the Xinpu to Station.

You could take a Taxi from Taipei Airport, which would be around $1000, Taipei New Dollar. You can tell the driver to drop you off to the Royal Garden Hotel.
