Cancellation and No Show Policy:
There will be no cancellation charge if a booking is cancelled before 23:00 (16:00 BST) 3 days before your date of arrival. If the booking is cancelled later, or in the case of a no-show, the first night will be charged.

* If check out after 12:30, an additional fee will be charged depending on room types.
An additional charge at NTD300 will be required per person if staying more than 2 guests except twin rooms.(extra mattress, breakfast and amenity are provided)
* The above rates include 5% of tax and service charge.
* Provide VISA, MASTER, JCB credit card service.
* All are Non-smoking rooms and pets cannot be carried into room.
