Liked: For the price this is a great deal. hairdryer, tv, ensuite, central close to bars (well easy in Zermatt as its so small!)

Liked: Balcony faced the Matterhorn; spacious bathtub, great breakfast with linens & china.

Disliked: The few steps up to the main entrance; the "lift" is a little scary; very little to complain about.

Liked: I thought the hotel was very well kept and close enough to the buses to take you to the ski lifts. The bar and atmostphere of the hostel was very nice.

Liked: Our hotel stay was worth the money we payed. Our room's balcony opened up to an amazing view of Gornergrat mountain. The room was clean with comfortable beds, clean linen, TV, hot water tub, additional towels and pillows. The morning breakfast had ample options to select and the staff was real helpful. Internet speed was good in our room. Overall a great stay in Hotel Rhodania. Thanks for a nice experience.

Disliked: We did not dislike anything about this property. However, other travellers would greatly benefit if the hotel authorities could publish route map details of how to get to the hotel from Zermatt railway station.

Liked: Excellent hotel! this hostal has quality in everything. excellent beds, super clean rooms, super pretty, excellent location and service. The breakfast was very good, I totally recommend this hotel.

Liked: The location is as good as any other in Zermatt, the owner was extremely kind and helpful and the breakfast was substantial. I had the view opposite the Matterhorn, which is gorgeous mountains, not too shabby!

Liked: Hotel Rhodania was all we had hoped for. Our double room faced the Matterhorn and was an amazing location for a coffee and cake while enjoying the view. We were in easy walking distance to the cable cars etc for the ride up the mountains. The service was excellent with a good breakfast and a very clean and spacious room. All in all a great place for a relaxing and exciting stay. Zermatt became our favourite place in Switzerland. We'll be back.

Liked: The room was very clean and very comfortable with a great bathroom. Our room also had a balcony with views of the Matterhorn which is a spectacular sight to wake up to. Its located slightly out of the main shopping and eating areas but these can be reached on foot within a couple of minutes.
