This is a pretty standard hotel; it does the job but has no real charm. It's a bit of a walk to the centre. No wi-fi.

The Carioca Hotel is ideally situated 1.5 kilometers from the heart of Lugano, within two minutes walking distance of the lake promanade.

Hotel Carioca is ideally located in Lugano, only 2 minutes from the lake. From the two hotel's sunny terraces you will enjoy a fantastic view over the lake and the surrounding mountains.

The property features a pleasant bar and restaurant. Moreover, guests can make free use of the Hotel Calipso's indoor and outdoor swimming pool, the sauna and the large garden, only 50 meters from the hotel Carioca.

Accommodation Information

The hotel offers 67 single and double rooms, each featuring private bathroom with shower or tub.
