Liked: The hotel itself was very clean and well layed out. The staff were very friendly and quick to answer all questions we had about the hotel and the area. As well, the setting of the hotel is very picturesque. We would definitely recommend the Hotel Bad Serneus.

Liked: Very friendly staff, relaxing atmosphere, good food; great swimming pool. Excellent location, surrounded by the (snow-topped) Swiss Alps. Do not hesitate if you're looking for a relaxing holiday in the mountains. Highly recommended.

Liked: the staff was VERY nice and although we came late they let us get into the mineral water after it was closed since we stayed only one night and couldnt use it tomorow

Liked: An excellent hotel. All are very nice and attentive. The breakfast is delicious, the atmosphere is warm, people are friendly and the hotel is very clean. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Liked: Lovely place, quiet and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, good food (although I didn't have dinner there), excellent pool and sauna facilities.. but shhh, it does not seem that anyone else knows about it!

Liked: Big, friendly, cheap. great location in the mountains, big comfy bed, very helpful and friendly staff. We were the only guests during our stay! (odd time of year)
