Liked: Likes: The room was quite clean though (the WC spelt of cigar smoke, but not too much) and the staff were super-friendly!

Disliked: Dislikes: What is probably not mentioned is that their quality of rooms varies over a wide scale - while there were pictures of some of their best rooms, the one I booked (which was also the cheapest available at Capitole) was a tiny, low-roofed, attic room with a "window" that opens on the slanted roof. The TV didnt work sometimes in my room, but that was also not a problem to me.

Liked: The breakfast was AMAZING! sooo delicious and they had everything! location was good- really close to the train station. Staff was friendly enough. The room was nice and big, the bathroom was rrrrreallly nice, had a full bath tub and everything!

Liked: nice rooms but twin beds not a double size bed.The staff was completly unable to help us to find out how to go skiing in the vicinity. so we had to change our plans... don't expect any help from them if you want to have a good stay.

Liked: The location because its very central, close to trains and walking distance of the lakes and parks. The food was of high standard and wide range of choices. The rooms need modernisation, although they were clean, could do with upgrading.
