Liked: It is close to the tram station, and to the rose garden.

Disliked: There is only free LAN internet access in the room but WIFI is not free.

Liked: It's not an incredibly central location, but it is close to a tram stop in a nice neighborhood so I can't really complain. The room was nice and clean as well as the bathroom. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Disliked: The double we booked was really two twins together, complete with a three inch gap between the mattresses thanks to the bed frames. My only real complaint is that the internet in the rooms is not free, and their internet was having problems, even the free wifi downstairs.

Liked: It's very clean and organized. It's walking distance to the historical center. Although it's not so close to the train station, we just got a bus in front of the station and the bus stop is quite near the hotel.

Disliked: Check in was too late - 2pm. We arrived early but they kept our luggage so that we could go out and not just wait there for 4h.

Liked: Hotel Alpenblick made for a perfect stay in Bern. Service is very friendly and helpful, the location is on a 15 minute walk into the historic part of town, and the facilities and breakfast included in the price a well worth it.

Liked: Nice, clean place, but not directly in the old town (7min by tram No9 from the railway station). Very good breakfast, nice service, rooms well equipped. Price is high, especially for rooms with a bathroom, but well, this is Switzerland. I would stay there again.
