Liked: I got a free upgrade! I mentioned to the guy at the desk when I checked in that I needed internet in my room, and because they'd put me in a noisier area with poor internet signal, I got upgraded from a single room to an ensuite!

Disliked: The breakfast! The breakfast was awful, poorly catered for too. It was advertised as going until 9.30am during the week, so when I got there at 8.45 and found someone already clearing up, I was heavily disappointed, and so had to get up early than I actually needed to on other days just to make sure I made it in time for breakfast. What was there was truly limited - some stale bread, boiled eggs, a few cereals, awful juice and even more awful coffee, and some jams and cold meats for the bread.

Liked: It was very clean and like a hotel. Breakfast was good and it took maybe 10mins to get to the main area by tram. 2 stops to Central Station depending which tram you took. There is a supermarket opposite. Over all i really liked it!

Disliked: Bit expensive for a dorm room i think personally. No kitchen facility. The second night i was there some lady who wasnt staying at the B&B and i think was some random came knocking on our window at 6am asking us to let her in and we didnt. Bit random and definitely NOT the B&Bs fault, only thing was i had tried to close the window the night before and couldnt hence why it was left open. Also reception isnt open 24hrs.

Liked: it s a nice hostel, clean, with two computers in the hall which are free to use. I found the bathrooms really nice and I liked some kind of old fashioned thing about this place. the breakfast is ok nothing special. the neighbourhood is quiet even though surrounded by disgusting shopping malls. it s not very far from the central station - city center but as it s really not a nice walk I recommend to take the tram anyway. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Disliked: it s a bit expensive for a dorm room but I think that s often the case in sweden anyway.

Liked: Great hostell with good price, clean, friendly workers, good location pretty near from bus and tram stop (not long distance from there to train and bus station and city centre) and very good breakfast. I originally had doorm room, but becouse there came large group I got single room for the same price. I'll go there again when I go to Gothenburg. Thumbs up.

Disliked: The bell wasn´t working, so we had to knock on several windows before someone opened the door at check in.

Liked: It was clean, comfortable beds, good breakfast, coffe and tea free, easy to go in the city center

Disliked: After yhe first night I had to move in another room, worse! It was a little bit too cold, a 4 beds room instead a 2 beds one, what I've wanted and I've booked from the beginning. Finally, it wasn't bad, a liitle bit too expensive, but you have breakfast and free coffea and tea

Liked: Easy to find from the airport and to get to the tram to travel into central Gothenburg. The room was warm, safe, clean and the hostel was quiet and the saff were helpful. I would recommend this hostel.

Disliked: They changed my booking without communicating this to me but then gave me the room I booked at a lower price.

Liked: It was clean and attractive with an interesting public area with trees and park benches at the front with several small and one large convenience stores not far away. All the facilities were better than I had expected. The allocation of companions made for a comfortable six night stay.

Disliked: I found everything more than satisfactory.

Disliked: Honestly, i have no idea how to rate this hostel. The owner was very nice and accommodating, and the place seemed very nice in general. It had much more of a hotel atmosphere than a hostel one. However, I had a terrible stay. I had been in touch with the owner before my arrival so that he knew that I was arriving after 6 pm, when he would no longer be there to greet me. We arranged to have the keys waiting for me. However, when I got there, there were no keys available and I had to call to figure out why. After 5 minutes of hemming and hawing, simply telling me that they didn't have a record of me coming on those dates, I suggested that he look further and call me back. He called back after about 20 minutes, explaining they had booked my stay for a month later than I actually arrived. He was very apologetic and suggested a solution. I had booked a stay in a 4-person room, but he explained the only possible opening they had was in a dorm with 8 people already staying there. He said I could bring in a bed from the closet and stay for free. A bit of a hassle, but a free night's stay is nothing to balk at. I went to bed a bit flustered, but not too upset. Later, I was woken up at about 4 am by a group of screaming men who were apparently staying in my room. They were clearly drunk and belligerent. My other roommates and I tried to ignore them, but after one of them stole my phone off the corner of my bed and proceeded to throw it at me, I couldn't take it any longer. I asked them to be more considerate, but they simply got in my face. Honestly, I feared for my safety, with a group of 4-5 drunk, angry men staying in the room with me. They finally went to bed, but with all of the snoring, I couldn't possibly sleep there. I ended up sleeping (terribly) on a couch in the hall. Really, I don't know what to say about this place. I feel like I just got really unlucky with the mishandled booking and the group that was staying there. My gut says this is typically a nice hostel, but my experience tells me otherwise.
