Liked: This is a very lovely hotel. We decided to stay here instead of at the other hostels because it has free linen and breakfast plus a private room all for cheaper than the hostels where you have to pay for linen breakfast and share a room. The staff were very friendly, the location is just right, and the breakfast was adequate.

Disliked: later in the evening you have to call from outside to get in because the door is locked, but someone came right away.

Liked: The spacious room and the big LCD television. They had free wifi and tea/coffee amenities at reception. Staff were extremely helpful and really friendly.

Disliked: The room was not very clean but this was not a big issue.

Liked: Great service and wonderful advice for what to see and do. Very helpful on reception.

Disliked: As a couple we prefer a double but as we could only book a twin that's what we received. Only other issue was the mattress was too soft.

Liked: The location of the hotel was ideal, about a 5 minute walk from the main drag.

Disliked: The bathtub/shower had a gap at the wall allowing the water to run down and out onto the floor which was a slip hazard. Apart from that I could find it hard to name any other faults! Thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

Liked: We enjoyed our stay at hotel Allen and would like to compliment all receptionists, who were very kind and helpful. Location is just a short walk to the heart of the city. Thumbs up for 24 hour hot drinks, cookies and fresh fruit. The breakfast was also very good. We strongly recomend the hotel to everyone.

Disliked: No dislikes.

Liked: Comfortable beds, lovely new bathrooms, new flat screen TVs in the room. Delicious breakfast buffet with hot and cold food. Tea and coffee and biscuits available all day. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Disliked: They were Doing renovations while we were staying there so it was a bit dusty and noisy.

Liked: Great location; clean; excellent breakfast included in the price; massive flatscreen TV on the wall of the room; free coffee, tea and cake available all day. Best of all was the staff: welcoming, friendly and helpful. I can't really praise this place enough.

Disliked: I cannot find anything bad to say about my stay here.

Liked: The staff was really friendly and helpful, and the room was very big and had lots of room. We also had a kitchen, which was very useful, and everything was very very clean.

Disliked: Maybe that the furniture in the kitchen was a little old, but since the rest was really good, I don't think it matters.

Liked: Nice little hotel near the the center town. Our room was clean and spacious (for 3 persons). There was a kitchen with a fridge wich can be very useful.

Liked: the location was great and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was really nice! however, there was a strange odour that hung around our room, and we couldn't detect any wifi in the room (only available in the lobby). the lobby desktop was also out of order. the soap and shampoo were provided, which was a nice surprise but unfortunately the canisters were empty.

Disliked: no wifi in rooms, empty soap canisters.

Liked: We had a triple room. Excellent location, value for money and friendly staff. Good breakfast included too and cakes in the afternoon. Definately recommend

Disliked: It's a hotel not a hostel so not really for meeting people
