Liked: Location

Disliked: The staff. Very unhelpful and rude. Did not accurately highlight the facilities the website claimed to have. Furthermore a twin room was reserved but when we got there the receptionist just said there was only a double room and we would just have to do with it, no apologies or explaination whatsoever.

Liked: Good location. Close enough to the train to get around Valencia. Lots of places to eat near the hotel, cute little resturants and bars

Disliked: Some of the staff were quite unhelpful and couldnt help us with places in the area.

Liked: Excellent location and a great rrom. Free wifi and laptop in the room.

Disliked: Staff could have been friendlier but they certainly weren't rude or unhelpful in any way.

Liked: The room was very comfortable and quiet, ideal for vacation. The hotel staff was very friendly.

Disliked: Our room was little and everything smelled of smoke.

Liked: Nice room, bathroom, computer with wifi in your room was a nice touch

Disliked: had 50 euros go missing from our room which yes we did leave out in a very obvious place BUT asked our room NOT to be cleaned because of this fact...and it was cleaned and no more 50 euros :(

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was classy, quirky, stylish and modern in amienaties without loosing its old style charm.Located in the heart of the old town, full of atmosphere yet in a quiet side side street. Everything we wanted in just the right location

Liked: Quite expensive for a hostel type accomodation if thats what your looking for but if you want something a lil luxurious to break up a trip stay here! really clean comfy and high tech....nice tv and laptop with free internet! Really relaxing shower and a safe in room!!! We stayed because of Tomatina and everywhere was full but loved the place, its so close to the centre with restuarants bars and clubs all near by! Staff are friendly but would like it if the place was a little livelier, but cant complain!!

Liked: It's a hotel so you're not going to meet people in the same way that you would in a hostel but it was a really great place to stay, the staff were super helpful and it was a fantastic location. Having laptops with internet in the rooms was also really good. Breakfast did seem a tad expensive. A great place to go if you want to be on the doorstep to most attractions in Valencia.

Liked: Loved everything about this budget hotel from its position in the city to the free bike hire (be warned though each bike requires a 100 euro deposit in cash - just in case it gets stolen). Not so much a hostel though as a hotel so unsure as to why it is on the hostelbookers website

Liked: great location, close to sites, 10 , minute walk from train station. the roo, was a bit small but very modern and clean, it wasnt a hostel at all, more like a hotel

Liked: This hotel rocked! The wireless laptops in each room were awesome and sooo handy! The location is right near all the nightlife and so close to everything else. The reception were very helpful and courteous. Great time and great value for money. You rock Petit Palace!
