Liked: pretty much get what you pay for. met the couple across the room - they paid the same but got a much better room - so ask for a room with a balcony! For a budget traveller this is a great place to stay, although, being a hotel, it is harder to meet people

Liked: It's not a hostel, but it is an old 3 star hotel. The rooms are large and with an en-suite. A breakfast buffet was included. Good value if looking to step up into some private accomodation, despite a lack of hostel atmosphere.

Liked: I liked the ambiance and space of the room---it was very comfortable to sit in and relax and I liked the balcony as well. The staff were excellent and very accommodating and helpful with any questions and went beyond expectation to not just help you with something or locating something in the city but they would give you interesting information tied in with some history that made going to the area that much better. We had stayed at another deco, really modern hotel in Valencia and then went to this one and this one had loads more character.
