Liked: Location was convenient for both the historical centre and the beach.

Liked: Clean room, fine bathroom. Staff speaks English well and is friendly and helpfull.

Disliked: Distance to Valncia city center approximately 15-20min walk.

Liked: when we booked this four star hotel for €25 per night and person, we were pretty mistrustful - so little money for 4 stars? When we arrived, our astonishment was quite big: it realy is a clean, quite and beautiful hotel. Absolutely value for the money we payed there leaves a bus right in front of the hotel to the beach and to the beatiful city center (1,50 per ride)

Liked: Good location to where we needed. Some reviews make this place sound run down, but is a nice quaint place with sizeable rooms and an average size pool - in short better than the reviews made out

Liked: Very clean nice room, Very kind helpful reception. Easy Busride to the beach and easy 15min walk to the historical centre.

Liked: The rooms were beautiful and clean. Staff were very helpful. Also, the 24 hr pharmacy next door was very helpful when my wife became very ill one evening. Proximity to the beach and City of Arts and Sciences was nice.

Disliked: Although we liked the location being near the beach, it was a larger distance to the center of the city and other sightseeing areas.

Liked: The big plus for this hotel is that it's located about halfway between the City of Arts and Science and the old town. Also, for the price, it's nice to find a place with a pool.
