Liked: Good notes, allowed me an early check-in. Option to park your car very near. Large room. Wi-fi.

Disliked: Not much wrong with it, but what is, is meaningful. Odd smell, didn't fell very clean or cozy. We experienced -3degrees at night and no heating or a/c at our service. Had the bill debited from my card before my arrival, not professional at all...

Liked: I just wanted to stay in Toledo for one night and not break the bank; a spartan, cheap hotel/hostel was exactly what I wanted. The location was excellent and I was able to find it easily. The room was simple but clean and the bathroom was the perfect size for one person for one night, and clean to boot. The room had blissful air conditioning and I slept well.

Disliked: When I arrived the morning after booking at hostelbookers.com, the property manager shuffled through a thick stack of reservations but my reservation was not found. since I hadn't printed it out I had to pay the full price, so I lost a few euros from the reservation, but not a big deal. i'm not sure if that's the fault of the property or hostelbookers.

Liked: Price and location.

Disliked: The front desk clerk was creepy and antagonistic. The hotel had no record of my reservation.

Liked: Its location is great for staying around this city and it was really a top class place in most respects.

Disliked: The language barrier made it difficult for communications and there were some aspects of accounting that made it more difficult but overall there was a genuine effort by the establishment to meet our needs.

Liked: Very safe and good location, short walk from the Cathedral, yet away from the noise, staff helpful even though we didn't speak much Spanish and they didn't speak English, there was parking for our small rental car

Disliked: A bit hard to find at first, would have prefered the A/C on (it was mid April) or at least the fan part, at least we could open the door to the balcony so it did turn out to be comfortable

Liked: It wasn't very expensive and free parking.

Disliked: The stingy smell in the room. The noise during the early morning...someone was playing the trumpet upstairs and lots of shouting and shutting doors.

Liked: I liked the open doors to our own little tiny terrace, but it allowed us to cool the room off more, and that the Hotel rests near a river was nice.

Disliked: The serious lack of functioning AC, the placement in the shower of the shower head, and the friendliness of the staff.

Liked: It was right next to the river, and really close to the heart of Toledo. It really was just an 8 minute walk to the cathedral.

Disliked: I disliked the fact that they claimed to have AC, but in reality they did not. Also, most of the staff does not speak English; not even a little bit. Furthermore, the walls are paper thin and there were always people outside on the street making a lot of noise.

Liked: un très bel hôtel pour un très, très bon prix vu la qualité des chambres. Avec une très jolie vue sur la rivière tajo. le propriétaire est très sympathique et se met vraiment en quatre pour ses hôtes.....et il y a même internet. Seul petit bémol, l'épaisseur des murs...où il vaut mieux que vous n'ayez pas un voisin trop bruyant. quoiqu'il en soit, ils sont respectables par rapport à l'heure d'extinction des feux, c'est à dire 10 heures, et il n'y a vraiment plus un bruit . donc je le recommande à ceux qui souhaite faire un court séjour dans la ville de Tolède.

Liked: Right next to the River Tajo, only 5-10 minutes away from the Cathedral, the way up is a bit steep, but that's Toledo :) When you come from the Bus station and have your luggage with you, don't go through the city to Hotel Diamantista, just take the way around it, called the Don Quichotte path!
