Liked: Great location, clean, friendly staff. Good value for the money. Breakfast was very good.

Liked: It was more of a hotel than a hostel - really nice, and priced similarly to hostels that provide you with much less. It was such a nice place, at a good price!

Liked: beautiful hotel and fantastic location! literally right next to the aqueducts, and at the head of the main street for sightseeing/shopping. staff was also very friendly, helpful, and gave excellent restaurant recommendations!

Liked: PERFECT LOCATION! had a broken shower door in my cheaper single room got updated to a double room with better view. Room with view on acqueduct. very quiet. free internet and printing. extremely clean. very helpful staff. great price deal on internet if you are lucky.

Liked: The hotel is literally on the aqueduct, it's clean, nice, and has a great atmosphere. I'd stay there again if I ever re-visit Segovia.

Liked: Superb location, some rooms with great views of the Roman aqueduct. Hotel is new and very smartly designed.(The hotel underground car parking is a little expensive though)

Liked: If you can be driven by cheap day(s) availability, perhaps you can bag a room for the bargain 35e, a I did. It´s 4* posh and prices can vary lots. Optimum location and facilities. If offer is still on, great VFM

Liked: It was definitely a four star hotel... It was great. The room was big and everything was clean and safe. However, if you're looking for a place to meet other people and go out, this is probably not the place for you. Great rooms, GREAT showers, nice towels and linens, and a stunning view of the aqueduct from the room. We were very happy with our choice.
