Liked: It was very clean and the rooms were comfortable and big enough for our stay.The bar and restaurant is nice as well. bus runs every half hour from the front of hotel!

Disliked: It was about 10mins taxi and 15mins bus ride out of the main city where all the action was happening for Running of the Bulls.

Disliked: A little far from Pamplona and the festivities. Buses ran a bit randomly.

Liked: Very clean and tidy and the rooms were big and modern with very nice bathrooms also. Restaurant on site and breakfast in the morning was good.

Disliked: The only problem we had was a pair of annoying flies in the restaurant. Its a pity but that would be it if we had to choose.

Liked: The bathroom was amazing!! It was very clean and comfortable, but because we stayed during the Running of the Bulls it was quite pricy. Probably not the best value but overall an enjoyable hotel.

Disliked: The service in the hotel restaurant was TERRIBLE. Our waitress actually SAT DOWN and took a break while we were waiting on out food. I was shocked and offended. After we got our food and we were waiting on our dessert she clocked out and left. No check, no dessert, nothing.

Liked: The two bed room we stayed in was clean. Even though the staff was busy, the lady at the front desk still helped us out by telling us information about San Fermin and how to get there. Even though it was out of the middle of the city, there was a bus running 24hrs to the city center that was convenient. Also in my room I had a fantastic veiw of the San Fermin fireworks. The price was very reasonable, especially since it was during the festival.

Disliked: Its location, but considering the price I payed it was given.

Liked: It was close enough to the festivities, yet far away enough that a good nights sleep could be had!!

Disliked: Nothing. It was perfect!

Liked: Very friendly staff, very clean and safe. There was a bus stop right outside the hotel that ran perfect to schedule. It was also nice that most of the guests spoke English so even though it wasn't a hostel it was really easy to make friends. We went for San Fermin and it was also nice to stay in a quiet area after long days and nights of partying and being around masses of people

Disliked: The staff tried to speak English, but sometimes they struggled to communicate with us. One person would tell us one thing and then the other person would correct her and say something completely different because of the language barrier.

Liked: The staff was friendly, and the rooms were excellent very clean. Accommodations very good. Bus stop right outside of the hotel that takes you into town.

Liked: We paid a lot because we went during the running of the bulls, but it was much nicer than I expected. Very clean, great staff and there's a bus stop right outside the entrance. It's about a 20 minute bus ride into the town center, but it's nice if you want quiet during festivals!

Disliked: A bit pricey, but all the properties jack up prices during the festival.

Liked: Very clean and nice hotel, easy to get to central Pamplona by bus that comes outside the hotel allday and night for 1.10 Euro.

Liked: Staff were very nice, and informative, the restaurant across the street great inexpensive food.

Disliked: The only hotel I have stayed in over the last 2 years that charged you for breakfast, breakfast was served at 0700, but you have to be on the bus by 0630 to make it on time for the bull running, so could never go. I have stayed at hostels across europe and many hotels where the breakfast was free, Hotel Andia it is 4 Euro and it is served too late in the morning to do anyone any good.

Liked: clean, renovated it looks just new.10 minutes from historic centre by car (we didn't try the bus, though at reception they told us it takes more or less that time)

Liked: Although it is a fair way from the city centre, there is a bus that run into the city very often. It was a great place to stay and the staff were very helpfull. the resturant is definately worth a visit.

Liked: The helpfulness and honesty of staff. We we´re trying to not spend much money while in Pamplona and they told us where we could go to the market and what the hours were. Also some helpful tips of where to go in town for the nightlife.

Liked: Really enjoyed my stay. Awesome place to relax after the craziness of the festival. Staff were very polite and extremely helpful. Rooms were incredibly clean. After staying in other places in Europe, I think this hotel deserves a higher rating. The only minor glitch is that it is not that close to the centre of Pamplona, however the bus stops right outside the front and only takes about ten minutes to get to the centre. That can also be a bonus if you want to get away from it all. Would recommend it.
