Liked: It met all basic requirements

Disliked: This is a very popular area for Germans to stay, not many english speakers, quite trashy. It is half an hour bus ride from the centre of Palma (I would highly recommend you stay the old town of Palma if you are going as it is beautiful there)

Liked: location (close to the beach, restaurants and bus), helpful staff, breakfast included

Disliked: There is no air-conditionning in the room, so to avoid the heat we have to sleep with the window open, but then have to deal with noise problems, as the street remains busy until late at night ! Some food at breakfast is bad (orange juice...) Access to internet not free.

Liked: Proximity to beach, inexpensive.

Disliked: The people at the front desk were terribly rude. They were only kind to the older guests and did not care about my friends or me because we were young. One night, we were sitting on our balcony and chatting and the front doorman came out and yelled at us for being too noisy, all the while some Germans were on the floor below us were outside yelling, lauging and were not reprimanded whatsoever. It was just plain rude and unnecessary. The breakfast was minimal; it was nice that it was free, but they were really bad about estimating amounts needed for the guests. The rooms were nasty; we had ants in our room, an unhealthy amount of mold in the bathrooms, uncomfortable showers, toilets that wouldn't flush--it just seemed to be less than what we were paying for. Don't get me wrong, my friends and I were not looking for 4 star accommodations, but this was just a bad hotel.
