This former Palace from the mid 18th Century has undergone a complete and exquisite refurbishment which has recovered each and every one of the original elements of the building and has now opened its doors under the name Meliá Boutique Hotel.

It is the first hotel establishment that has been officially classified by the Valencian Tourist Board as a MONUMENT Hotel.

It has 50 spacious rooms, perfectly equipped and elegantly decorated, with a full en-suite bathroom, mini-bar, independent air conditioning and heating system, satellite TV (25 channels), pillow menu, room service, fax and PC connection, safe, etc. In the bathrooms there is a selection of toiletries of the best brand names (Etro), bathrobe and slippers, professional hairdryer, etc.

Restaurant
In its restaurant Los Hostales gastronomes may sample a high level of cuisine specializing in Mediterranean and Conventual cuisine.
The hotel also has a Bistro Café which offers a selection of high quality fast food and a Loft Bar (to be opened in Spring 2006) with a terrace where you can relax, read, contemplate works of art, listen to jazz, chill out or simply have a drink in a relaxed atmosphere. The hotel also has two private rooms where we offer a wide selection of business menus, gourmet sampling, wine tasting, etc.
