Liked: Excellent value for money and very clean and spacious room. 12pm check out is also a bonus after a long night out!

Disliked: It's about 20 -25 minutes away from the centre by Metro but it's an easy enough journey and we already knew about this before booking so no reason to moan.

Liked: The double room with king size bed was very comfortable, with a laptop computer at hand, free of charge, with an open wi-fi network. Batrhroom was very modern, large and comfortable, street parking was free and easily available - excellent value for the money. Location - about 15 minutes by car from Madrid city center, and 8 minutes walk away from a metro station. For our family, it was a very good experience, and well worth the money spent. And the rates were excellent - 145 EU for one delux doublke room and one room for 4.

Liked: The hotel is really clean. It has a really economical price. The staff is really friendly. There is a computer in every room, and the TV channels are varied, there are also programs in different languages.

Disliked: There are no public telephones in the hotel. The location is not so great if one is travelling by public transportation, though it is 10 mins walk to the metro station. The surrounding of the hotel is really deserted, not many restaurants that would open at late night. So when walking back from the metro station to the hotel, it would be quite scary. But the street lamps are really bright, so it won't be really difficult to walk back to the hotel.

Liked: Even though the hotel is not located downtown, but it's close enough to the metro, which enabled us to get downtown within 30 minutes. The staff are really friendly and quite helpful. The hostel offers free internet access and a computer inside the room. This was of great use to us. The room was very clean and not all that expensive. We were 4 people and we were able to stay all in one room, which made the room cost us around 17 euros each. That is quite economical. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Disliked: The breakfast wasn't all that great.

Liked: I liked the customer service offered by the High Tech Nueva Castellana staff. I also like the hotel nice, clean, trendy and most important the staff. They were really helpful since the moment they picked up from the airport. Special thanks to Elena! she has a great personality and excellent people skills. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and then again the staff at High Tech Nueva Castellana are excellent people.

Disliked: Ramon left no negative feedback.

Liked: The laptop computers with internet access in the rooms was invaluable. We really appreciated having our own computer, as in other hostels the entire hotel has 1 or 2 computers for all guests to share.
