Liked: This hotel is way better than described by most others who sayed. It is not only central but rooms are better than in the photos and service excellent with WiFi that worked every day without fail;.Excellent palce. Stayed Mid December in room 307 - good room..

Disliked: Nothing to dislike. Ok walls are thinkish but no real nise eminated from neighbours and street noise was minimal.

Disliked: THE FACT THAT ON THE THIRD DAY THE HOSTEL DECIDED TO ASK US TO PAY FOR BREAKFAST WHEN A: THEY CONFIRMED IT WAS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE IN THEIR EMAIL AND B: YOU DO NOT ASK ON THE THIRD DAY! SO IT SHOULD BE WELL CLEAR FROM THE BEGINNING AND MAYBE HIGHLIGHTED ON THE WEB PAGE TO AVOID PROBLEMS OR MISUNDERSTANDINGS

Liked: The location of this hotel is fantastic as its fairly central and walking distance to many attractions Madrid has to offer. The room was a really good size and very clean and modern and the staff were very helpful.

Disliked: Only criticism we have for the hotel is that, we felt that the hotel should maybe charge per room per night, for the double room we stayed in, rather than per person per night. Also the shower seemed to need a little maintenance, it worked, it was just a little tricky.

Disliked: no soundproofing - on windows, walls are thin and you can hear people in the corridors.

Liked: location was absolutely perfect, you don't even have to pay for a metro card because you're right next to everything, room was modern, clean, and private, it was a great value for the money, and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Disliked: Watch out for the bunk beds, they'll tip and trap you by the wall.
