Liked: The staff was very helpful and quick to respond. Very good people working there.

Disliked: The whole building smells like raw sewage. Room was TINY. Instead of a large bed we got two twin beds of varying height pushed together. The beds were terribly uncomfortable spring mattresses that dig into your back. At 1AM our bathroom sprung a massive leak in the ceiling and we had to go to another hotel. At 130 euros a night it was way overpriced. Terrible, terrible experience! Do not stay here!!

Liked: Fantastic central location, really close to the Puerta del Sol.

Disliked: We weren't asked if we wanted to be in a smoking room and ended up in a room that smelled a bit stale.

Liked: Nice hotel in a great area. Though found some ants in my room when I woke up after the first night. Internet free and a good breakfast spread. Nice hotel otherwise with a very helpful and friendly staff.

Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.
