Liked: nice pool good typical spanish breakfast good facilities and good location near airport if u are transiting via Madrid.

Disliked: Avoid if u have allergies.Havily sprayed with some perfume.Also only 1 person 9 am at reception

Liked: TODO es magnifico este hotel, me encanto. Everything this hotel is magnificent, THE BEST I have been so far.

Disliked: Nada. Nothing at all. everything was PERFECT.

Liked: The staff was nice and helpful. There is also a good size pool and a playground on the property. Rooms are pretty big.

Disliked: It's far away from the center of the city (but very close to the airport).

Liked: The staff were very helpful. The shuttle bus was really great and it is excellent value for money!!

Disliked: The location was a little bit disappointing, but as there was a pool, it didnt matter so much that we weren't in the centre of Madrid.

Liked: The environment of Osuna hotel is very quiet, especially that villa area. But the hotel arranged for us to stay in a standard room and a little distance away from the Garden.From the lobby to the room need to go through the swimming pool and garden, in the rainy day is very inconvenient. The facilities on offer is fantastic,and the room also very big. This hotel to the bus stop just 2 minutes and to the metro station takes 15 minutes, very convenient to travel. Also Osuna hotel will arrange a special bus to take us directly to the airport, just 10 minutes,and the driver is very warm, he can speak a lot of language, let us feel very happy. It's very fortunate to find this four-star hotel from HOSTELBOOKES, VALUE FOR MONEY.

Liked: nice hotel... nice swimming pool, but i dont know what a 4 stars hotel doing in hostel bookers search O_oAt first sight you found it a little expensive, but when you are swiming and having a good sunbath... worth it out the price

Liked: This is perfect if you are staying one night like us. It is 15 minutes from the airport and this hotel provides free transportation. The facilities are increible for the price. For a double private ensuite it was about 45 Euros. I am suprised this is on hostelbookers. If you are staying here for a long period of time be prepared to walk 15 minutes to the metro and be on the metro for 30 minutes to get to the center of madrid. But honestly the metro couldnt be any easier and there are public buses near the train station to the hotel-bus number 115.

Liked: One 4 stars Hotel, clean, good staff, but the complementary services are expensives. Meybe not the best option for one low cost travel. Otherwise, its very very nice!

Liked: The hotel was pretty far out of the city, but DEFINITELY worth it! The pool is awesome and the hotel rooms are really nice. If you're buying a two-day, three-day or any other multi-day pass, I would recommend this hotel!
