Liked: Great location.

Disliked: Old towels, in the morning is cold in the room because they turn off the heating.

Liked: The rooms were good and cleand. Overall the property was same.

Disliked: The hotels entrance could of been litlle bit roomier.

Liked: This Hotel is right in the middle of Madrid. Very easy to get around using this Hotel as base.

Disliked: The breakfast was not quite as good as the rest of the Hotel. I would recommend eating at the small cafe's in the centre of Madrid instead

Liked: The location was excellent and the facilities fairly clean, especially for the price. The climate systems worked properly. The staff was very friendly with people who could speak Spanish.

Disliked: The property was a bit dilapidated and the concierge in charge of helping people to book tours, etc, was dishonest in his representation of the difficulty of traveling to Toledo from Madrid (he told us we would have to take a bus from the station, which was completely a lie).

Liked: Nice and central to walk to most things, very close to metro station too.

Disliked: The walls are not sound proof so you can hear other guests coming and going in the hall ways all night.

Liked: locatie is very central and next to metro Callao; our room was not on the street side and therefore very quite.They fotgot to mention that you have to leave the at the reception on order to get your room cleaned. After we asked for it in the evening they sent up a cleaning lady right away!

Disliked: staff is very unkind. especially, thin, glasses old man was. And strange dung, toilet smell in room. maybe smell from floor of the room and air-fan. smell is so terrible.

Liked: The location was great, on Gran Via and close to Plaza del Sol, Plaza Mayor, and within walking distance to Parque del Retrio. The room was small, smaller than other rooms in the hotel, but worth it for the value.

Liked: Very friendly, helpful staff and 24 hour service at front desk. Fantastic location!

Disliked: The internet available (at a small fee) was incredibly slow, which was frustrating.

Liked: Really clean, well located, a good place to stay with your family.

Disliked: the only thing was that the breakfast costs a lot and the wifi isn't free..

Liked: Great location and the room was lovely.

Disliked: I didn't realize that so many of its advertised features cost extra fees. The internet was 10 euro a day, for instance. Breakfast, exercise equipment, and laundry all cost extra too so we didn't even bother with those.

Disliked: Staff doesn't now english. They charged porn channel 12 euros for nignt and nobody warn you in ENGLIDH on that..

Liked: The staff were really friendly and helpful from the minute we arrived. The room was just what we needed, nothing fancy, just a comfy bed and a clean bathroom. Cannot beat the location, just off Gran Via made it so convenient for us. Great place to stay to be in the centre of Madrid.

Disliked: My purse was stolen on the metro, I know this has nothing to do with the hotel, but if you are thinking of getting to the hotel by metro I strongly urge you not to because Callao is the most pickpocketed station in the world. There is no free internet either, would have been nice to have that provided.

Liked: location, location, location!!!! was slap bang in the middle and was walking distance to all the major attractions!

Disliked: it was all great....bathroom a little small and can look grimy but otherwise was brilliant.

Liked: Very nice hotel especially for the price you pay; I was pleasantly surprised! It's a great central location in Madrid with Callao metro station just around the corner. Only complaint was having to make do with two single beds pushed together as a makeshift double bed...not terribly useful when on holiday with the missus! :-P Otherwise, cannot complain! :-)
