Liked: Nuevo Hotel has a great location and a helpful staff. It is a great value for your money as well. Because it was the low season, the front desk set up a reservation at a Flamenco show for us. The breakfast was good, but the room was great. It was clean and had a nice double bed. I highly recommend this hotel.

Liked: Der typische TUI-Pauschaltourist wird dieses Hotel sicherlich nicht mögen. Wer aber typisch andalusisch reisen möchte, wird sich im Nuevo Hotel wohlfühlen. Das Frühstück fällt auch typisch andalusisch aus, d. h., also Toast, Olivenöl und Café soló und ein Orangensaft. Mein Zimmer war sauber und recht groß. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Reicht das Spanisch mal nicht aus, spricht man auch ein wenig Englisch. Wer seinen Laptop nicht durch Spanien schleppen möchte, der kann Internet im Frühstücksraum nutzen. Und wer es mit dem Sherry übertrieben hat, findet auch leicht wieder ins Hotel.

Liked: would recommend Hotel Nuevo to anyone, reasonably priced, great location to the main plaza in Jerez! friendly staff and very safe and secure

Disliked: their wifi didnt work on my laptop so i had to use their PC

Liked: The breakfast was better than I expected it in Spain. The room was quite clean.

Disliked: You can hear almost everything through the roomdoors and the food/laundry elevator right in front of my window was very loud.

Liked: Very close to everything. Nice and quiet.

Disliked: Staff not really helpful and seemed a bit annoyed that I disturbed them by staying at their hotel. One computer for internet access (between 8 and 23). Breakfast very unimpressive - one piece of toast and coffee. Not a good place to meet people, but ok if you want a quiet night by yourself.

Liked: The place was in a great location, just 5 mins walk from the city center. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was one of the better ones we've had since travelling in Spain for over a month. Family run and the guy behind the desk speaks good english.

Disliked: Wifi is unreliable and struggles to work if your on the 3rd floor.

Liked: The staff was helpful and spoke several languages. Breakfast was included and good. The day we left, they served us before the regular opening time because we had a train to catch

Disliked: There was no elevator for our luggage, tho' the staff carried it up for us. Also, the lock on our door was old and difficult to lock from the outside. It was a little bit noisy inside but this did not go late into the night.

Liked: Not your average backpackers pit. Thebuilding is a splendid C19 edifice and seems origonal throughout and the ambiance of the district is so'Spanish', making you feel as though you are on 'The Grand Tour'. There are lots of cheap restuarants nearby with ' menu de dia' of €10 and good value for money. There's so much to see within a short walk, including many sherry houses. The only drawback is access by car and parking,but once you find a place, parking is only €3 for 2 days .Altogether brilliant!!!!

Liked: Location is excellent but the noise in this place was ridiculous, people coming and going at all hours and you can hear everything. I'm not a light sleeper but got no sleep at all. I literally felt that I was sleeping in the lobby and then you have noise from the rooms next to you too, you can even hear people using the bathrooms. Disaster and also receptionist overcharged me and breakfast is not good either.

Liked: The hostel was great, especially the awsome roof terrace... BUT it has two big downfalls, 1) if you dont have an ensuite bathroom, you have to share one bathroom between everyone else in the hostel, and 2) the walls are ridiculusly thin and have an open airvents at the bottom of the walls, therefore you can hear everything being said in the other rooms and its very annoying when you are trying to sleep!!! But other than that it was fab and very friendly!

Liked: Nos hemos sentido mejor que en familia: excelentes instalaciones, el personal nos ha dado un trato sensacional, es un lugar seguro, enclavado en un tranquilo barrio de la capital del flamenco, las habitaciones son limpias y provistas de calefacción por aire y agua caliente. A un precio inhallable, dadas las excelentes condiciones de este magnífico hotel. Lo recomendaría plenamente.

Liked: Good location. Clean, nice couble room with a balcony. I really liked the high ceiling in the rooms. We went there in february and it was really cheap! I can highly recommend this place for the money you pay. Breakfast isn´t that much.

Liked: This is a well run, friendly hotel with excellent staff who were very heplful during my visit. It has a wonderful interior which is full of character. The location is close to the central part of the city and not too far (15-20 mins walk) from the bus/train stations. The tariffs which include a really nice breakfast offer incredibly good value. I've stayed in other hotels in Jerez and the surrounding area but in the future I would definitely choose this one again. Highly recommended!

Liked: The location of the hotel was very convenient and the staff very helpful and pleasant. The fact that breakfast and free internet access was included in the very reasonable room rate made it excellent value for money. However, next time we would ask to be allocated a room not facing the street as traffic noise was very noticeable at the front of the hotel.
