Liked: Location was amazing! the pool was also very nice!

Disliked: the staff were unhelpful and rude, the maid was very rude, didn't clean room, didn't change the sheets not even once even though we were there for a week and didn't change towels. aircon didn't work and it became way to hot in the mornings and difficult to sleep, room didn't come with a fridge we had to ask for one.

Liked: This hostel was alright.. the only real negatives were 1. the air conditioning didnt really ,ake the room cold so it was very hot in the room and 2. the hallways can get qa little roudy so earplugs could be useful. Overall however I only heard ppl once in the night and the breakfast was decent and they have a nice pool!

Liked: lovely quiet hotel. Great position. Good value for money. Lovely quiet clean pool area. Definatley one of the better hotels I have stayed in in San Antonio.
