Accomodation although basic was clean and there was food and drinks avaliable at very reasonable prices if desired. The staff were extremely helpful and would do all they could to ensure you had an enjoyable stay.

Overview

Hotel Gran Sol is a small family run hotel between two sisters, located in the hillside about 3 km from Calpe center and the beach. The Hotel is not far from the town but far enough to capture fantastic views of the surrounding area and the Ifach.

Much attention has spent on the garden where you will find a superb brand new swimming pool with childrens` area, all surrounded by well manicured gardens boasting beautiful palm trees and a new BBQ area with kitchen and Tropical bar serving local beers and popular drinks. The Hotel prides itself on being very friendly and relaxed, attracting clientele from all nationalities generating a wonderful cosmopolitan atmosphere.

Wi-Fi is available and there is a pool table and games room for everyone to enjoy.

Hotel Gran Sol is placed on the hill side, 3 km from Calpe Town. You have a superb view over the sea and Peñon the Ifach, the symbol of Costa Blanca.
