Liked: The room was spacious, and they have a wifi connection down in the bar that they are happy for guests to use. The staff are very helpful.

Liked: The staff was friendly, but did not speak English. It is hard to find, a little out of that way, and at the top of a rather steep hill. The room was fine, but if I'm ever in Bilbao again I will stay at an actual hostel, not this hotel.
