Liked: This place is in an excellent location. It is easy to find, day or night, as it is so close the river. The breakfast was excellent and great value. If you dont want to eat breakfast here every day there are some good places very close to the hotel, where you can sit outside, if you like. The staff, both reception and cleaning, were very friendly and helpful.

Disliked: The bed made kind of a squeaky noise, which woke me up a couple of times. But other than that, its perfect for what you pay for it.

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful and there is a lift. It is ideally situated for the tram and buses so you can travel easily to any part of the city and the airport It is right in the old town which is very atmospheric and there are excellent shops and restaurants nearby.

Disliked: Nothing. It was perfect for me and the beds were so comfortable

Liked: We liked a lot the location in the "Casco Viejo" (Old town), where we had a good proximity to the Arriaga Theatre and some excellent Restaurants.

Disliked: Shame that we didn't have possibility for staying more days in Bilbao : )

Liked: The location was really good on "Casco Viejo", streets full of people during the day, many shops and restaurants. The staff during the day was very helpfull, at night not so good...

Disliked: Street a bit noisy in the morning...

Liked: The female receptionist (with Glasses?) was really helpfull. She gave me a map when i arrived and explained about the city which was really great as i had no idea. Quiet & clean. Would stay again.

Liked: The location of this hotel is perfect! It is centrally located on a quaint street. The hotel was very clean and nicely furnished. I would stay here again. The staff was really friendly and helpful also as one of us had to go to the hospital in the night and they helped us through this smoothly.

Liked: Brilliant "hotel" to stay in, great value for money, bit loud outside at night but no problems sleeping. I was very unlucky to have loud people above me which didn't help, however, the hotel was awesome and staff were brilliant!! would deffo recommend it to anyone.
