Liked: The brother and sister team who run the place are the nicest, most helpful people I've come across and actually I ended up staying for almost a week rather than the one night I'd originally booked. Many thanks to them for one of the cheapest and best and centrally located places to stay in Benidorm.

Disliked: I really cant think of anything that is that bad about IRIS and would gladly recommend to everyone, especially those who want value for money.

Liked: The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, I went to Benidorm to find work which I have done now and the staff helped me as much as they could. The hotel is EXCEPTIONALLY clean for a 1 star hotel, I have stayed at 3/4 star hotels before and they have not been as clean as this hotel. I felt very safe and my possessions secure, I would heartily recommend.

Liked: The couple who run the hotel are very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect - 5 min walk from the beach and bars.

Liked: Great little place...great value for money...it is a little noisy at night...as there are always drunk brits around the place lol. However, it wasnt a huge issue. Really friendly staff and very very very good value for money.

Liked: The staff is extremly friendly, the are more than happy to assist in any matters you might have.They also sell tickets for the local theme parks - buy it there, you get a discount (for Terra Mitica it was € 10) there and you dont need to queue.
