Liked: The staff is extremly friendly, the are more than happy to assist in any matters you might have.They also sell tickets for the local theme parks - buy it there, you get a discount (for Terra Mitica it was € 10) there and you dont need to queue.

Liked: Hotel Iris is a good low budget hotel near the center of Benidorm.The management is friendly and helpful.The rooms are clean and complete with bathroom and television.I can recommend it for a holliday in Benidorm.

Liked: A little bit dirty, everything else is fine. The owner is very friendly and introduced us to try a very good tapas bar (Aurera).
