Liked: It's in a nice quiet area where locals live. Close to the metro to jump on and head down to the tourist spots for something to eat etc. The Staff were very friendly and the rooms were a nice retreat after a long day out and about.

Disliked: Tiny tiny bathroom, not unusual but very difficult to manouver around the door to get in and out.

Liked: The room was clean, comfortable and modern, and quiet too. Hotel was very comfortable generally and the location was ok - though a few more blocks away from Las Ramblas than I had thought when I set out to walk there with my pack!

Disliked: Distance from Las Ramblas, slow lift, no breakfast option.

Liked: -it was recently refurbished but the lack of quality in the workmanship is very apparent and things are starting to break apart. -Wifi acces. -friendly staff -air conditioning

Disliked: -small room -not the cleanest bathroom -issues with the plumbing in th bathroom

Liked: Good location, the hotel is both from the inside and outside beautiful. Beds do sleep good and there's a huge modern rainshower with perfectly hot water! The neighbourhood is quiet and safe but still located in the center of the city (you can walk to Plaza Catalunya/Ramblas or take the metro that's on the corner). Last: there's a pc available with free internet.

Disliked: There was nothing to dislike. Just a very minor thing: the toilet was not working properly all the time. This is really an excellent place if you are with two people and you want a quiet place that has enough comfort to offer but with a low price! It's not that okay if you are looking for a hostel to meet a lot of other people - I guess.

Liked: The location was excellent, best thing about it! Bed was fairly comfortable and big as promised. View from our room's balcony terrace was very nice.

Disliked: Unfortunately the bathrooms suffer from mould, the first room we were given was so bad I had to ask for a different room which was much better but still not totally devoid of mould.

Liked: Very nice, mid-range hotel. Room was beautiful and had an outdoor terrace. New bathroom, when you're willing to pay a bit extra these facilities are worth it.

Disliked: No breakfast was a hassle.

Liked: My friend and I stayed at The Praktik Hotel from dec 18 till Dec 20 and had a great time! The hotel is small, but clean and had just the right things we needed for our city trip. Lovely beds in a nice room with a view at the inner garden from our cute terrace. A small bathroom with a wonderful shower and good room service which cleaned and ordered the room every day.

Disliked: The fact that some hooks were missing to hang up your clothes while having a shower and a missing light above the mirror in the room.

Liked: The staff were extremly helpful and tried to help us with what ever we needed. The location was fantastic, 4 blocks from Passeig de Gracia was perfect, not too close not too far!!We would defienatly stay here again without hesitation!

Liked: Great location. Incredibly helpful staff that went out of their way to help us plan trips and transport etc etc. The Apartment was spacy, comfortable and very luxurious

Disliked: It did look a little under-cleaned when moving in. Some stains and smears on the bathroom mirror and bed-side tables.

Liked: I LIKED THE LOCATION, THE COMFOTABLE MATTRESS AND THE CLEAN TOWELS ALMOST EVERY DAY.

Disliked: I DIDN'T LIKE THAT MY ROOM HAD ONLY A WINDOW WHICH WAS BLIND WITHOUT SOME LIGHT. WHEN I WAS OPENING IT THE AIR WAS SMELLING MOULDE. ALSO THE DRAINAGE HAD THE SAME PROBLEM. THE ROOM DIDN'T HAVE A REFRIGERATOR WHICH IS VERY BAD AT THE SUMMER. VERY IMPORTANT: THERE WASN'T A WARDROBE IN THE ROOM!!!!!!

Liked: There is a computer available for use, which is fantastic for travellers! Staff speak English so that's helpful, and it is close to a metro stop but also in a very quiet area so you can easily sleep!

Liked: small but modern and clean room. staff are nice, especially the morning shift. very close to nord bus station from girona airport, take taxi only 5 euros wif luggage, don't go metro if u hv big luggages, no lifts and escalators but many stairs.

Disliked: some staff are very new, but too familiar with the hotel, but still nice

Liked: Close proximity to the train, metro, and easy access to the beach. Straight direct metro trip to the beach. Walkable location to the Gaudi cathedral and apartments. Gloria, one of the receptionists was amazing. Great manners, helpful, she made great suggestions and mapped everything out for us. The airconditioning was a huge bonus, It was 98 degrees!

Disliked: I was hoping for a room with a balcony.

Liked: The lockers were very useful as we had an early flight in and a late flight out. It enabled us to have longer in the city without having to worry about our luggage.
