Liked: This hotel was very centrally located in the old part of Avila, the staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms comfortably furnished, and the general atmosphere of the hotel charming.Lovely if you're looking for a little break from hostels!

Disliked: Suzannah left no negative feedback.

Liked: This was genuinely a hotel rather than a hostel - and a beautiful, and beautifully located one at that. The accommodation was relatively expensive but only in relation to hostel prices - probably an unfair comparison. A desktop computer downstairs for public use would have been convenient, but, in general, a super little splash out in a stunning town, friendly, helpful staff, and a lovely experience.
