Liked: There is total privacy in this basic, friendly hotel. The room was comfortable, with a nice flat screen TV. Torreluz II is in a superb location in the old city, with easy access to everything Almeria has to offer.

Liked: The Hotel is located in the city centre. From there you can easily reach shops, pubs, clubs and places worth seeing. It is clean and the service is very friendly and helpful.

Liked: This is Hotel, not a Hostel! We really enjoyed the luxury of an en-suite and the comfort of proper beds, but if you want a hostel atmosphere this isn't the place for you

Liked: We added a couple of nights and we were charged at the discounted rate.. Very clean, modern, and great value.

Disliked: The 2 star hotel backed onto a laneway with a strip bar which was noisy at night. Shower didnt drain properly.

Liked: It was pretty nice, and luxurious, but not really for backpackers, because its a hotel and they treat you that way. So no personal contact.

Disliked: the way we checked in. Not really helpful and anonimous

Disliked: Staff was gruff, it was a hotel so very difficult to meet people. Breakfast was not included.

Liked: Nice hotel near the main shopping street. Very nice and helpful staff

Disliked: 20 minute walk from train/bus station, no facilities to cool food or anything (but it's a hotel so we weren't really surprised) and it's a 15 minute walk to the beach. But it was a good place and I would go back again.

Liked: It is not really a hostel for people who want to meet other travellers and exchange stories etc. it is more hotel style, private rooms, buffet breakfast separately charged, etc. I thought it was excellent for what we were looking for and the staff were unbelievable helpfull.

Liked: I was supposed to stay at the two-star-hotel, but the staff gave me a double room in the three-star-hotel for the same price, as they seemed to have enough place in it. Rather unusual to be treated like this...

Liked: Being on a bicycle tour, we needed to store bike bags for 30 days in Almeria. The staff didn't hesitate when offering to take the bags, at no charge, for the month. This was a huge help in making our one month bike tour of Andalusia possible. Many thanks to the staff.
