Liked: Good location, towels provided and staff were helpful. Map provided by reception and safe available.

Disliked: Nothing to dislike the hotel was good basic accommodation.

Liked: Nice and helpfull staff, but not everyone speaks English. Tasty breakfast. Small but clean bathroom.

Disliked: A lot of noise, because of thin walls. Uncomfortable beds. Poor view outside the window.

Liked: This is a 2 star hotel. It's located in the city centre about 10 min walk from the zone with many pubs, restaurants and about 15 min to the beach. There is a snack bar inside and a PC to use internet. The staff is helpfull and english speaking. You can leave the baggage in a locked room the day of departure. The room is like in the photo and has a balcony. My room has nice view on the castle but not all rooms have this view. The rooms are arranged every day. The beds are good. The buffet breakfast is rich. I think that it is good hotel for this price.

Liked: english speaking and helpfull staff. central placed, 15min walk to beach. changed bedlinnen every day and towels when we want new. family friendly hostel. fine brekfast. the beds was also good. all in all a very nice hostel to the price.

Disliked: first room we got the toilet dident work, but staff was nice and moved us to another just after, and it was fine. never find out how aircondition worked, but we dident need it since it was around 20 degress in the night and we was out most of day, but sure the staff would help if needed. internet cost 1 euro for 15min and was not fast.

Liked: Everything was so good. The reception staff were the best. the air conditioning was amazing, the room got so cold we had to wear long sleeved tops to bed!! excellent value for money, breakfast was very good.

Liked: The rooms were clean and cool tnanks to the air-con and fan in the ceiling. We had a few minor problems with our room durind our stay, but they were mended at once by the very friendly and helpful staff when we asked for it. It is definitely the staff that makes the stay at hotel Goya pleasant.
