Liked: When we told the staff we didn't care for our "smoked in room" they were happy to give us another. It was clean and nice. We don't care for the institutional feel of big hotels which lack character and atmosphere. Just a boring modern hotel--clean but would not want to go there again. We cancelled the other nights we had reserved after the first night. The hotel staff were helpful.
