Liked: The location - the food

Disliked: After having booked this hotel for 7 months before the date of arriving and having paid 1 and half day in advance they tried to "send us to another hotel" by saying that the HostelBookers did not informed them the booking from 28 June till 04 July therefore they booked other people and have the "nerve" to tell us to leave the hotel to another hotel they already "have prepared" to us. Because we brought the booking confirmation you sent us to Israel - we showed to them and told them that after 7 months of aforehand booking we do not understand how can the HostelBookers not have informed them of the dates of our booking... They realized that we have the booking confirmation and than they changed their policy and offer us "upgrading" room by explaining us that this is the room that we have booked in the begining. We accepted to move to another room in order not to make "a big mass". But the "pick of their nerve" was at the time of making the final account. They try to arise the price from 1150 RAND and 700 RAND for the last three nights to 1250 RAND for each night. Again we show them the booking pages that HostelBookers sent us and than they charge us according to the booking that you sent. So as you can see the place was clean, secure, in a good location but their actions proved that they were "not happy with us" and tried to "send us out" of the hotel and after that to "over charge us".
