Liked: Very spacious double room. The staff gave us free breakfast of cereals even thought this hotel did not say there is free breakfast. Offered us discount to go to Aquacity and good recommendation of resturant.

Disliked: not very easy to find.

Liked: Very friendly and helpful. Know the local area well

Disliked: Didn't have the advertised washing machine. A bit hard to find [our GPS had a hissy fit over the address] but the staff went out of their way to be as helpful as possible.

Liked: It is hard to describe the friendliness and quality of this place. Hostel-wise speaking it does not get better than this. Beds, shower, entourage, everything is nice and of high quality. Peter and Rachel (owners) are not just a host, but they are friends... I (and my colleague traveler, Tom) had a great time with them, in the mountains and at their other property, the Aqualand Cottage. The hostel is located conveniently close to the high Tatra's and a total must if you plan to stay in or around Poprad.

Disliked: I loved this place... no dis-likes.

Liked: Lovely place with lots of character, staff were extremely friendly and helpful

Disliked: Quite remote and far away from anything but taxis are really cheap so its ok.

Liked: this hostel has alot of potential, the hostel itself is set up quite well.

Disliked: the staff workin the days i was there had no idea wat they were doing. they overbooked and then moved me 3 times in one afternoon as new people arrived. i recieved minimal information to the questions i asked about the town and surrounding areas. the hostel is situated on a main road n was rather loud ealry in the morning.

Liked: The staff are super helpful and friendly. As the bus to zakopane suddenly cancelled, the staff really helped us a lot. Nice design and decoration. It looks like a hotel.

Liked: The hostel was a family business and had very homey feeling. Rooms and facilities were very tidy. Staff was very helpful and spoke excellent english. Also, the location was brilliant, about 10 min walk from railway station and pretty easy to find if you followed instructions. Excellent place for a "HQ" for mountain trip.

Disliked: Breakfast was not included in the price and pretty expensive(5 eur/person) compared to the general price level.

Liked: Nice staff and great rooms. Nothing to add, a great place to stay, just in front of aquacity and 20min from the Slovensky Raj.
