Liked: Proximity to the Airport. The gardens.

Disliked: Despite my two reminders E-mailed in previous days, the Hotel failed to collect us from the Airport on arrival. Lack of efficiency by reception staff. Failure to offer change at Reception Desk.

Liked: Not a lot

Disliked: You should remove this hotel from your web site. Bearing in mind it is in Sierra Leone there is nothing wrong with the hotel apart from the surly reception staff. However they operate a policy og block booking all rooms for mine workers and airline crews. This resulted in us having to wait until 8 at night for one room and 11 for the other as they were occupied. On our return journey on 6th March, booked by Miss J Williams all the rooms were full. Despite calling for the manager all we got was a sgrug of the shoulders and a repeated "all rooms full". We asked where we could sleep. Another shrug of the shoulders and a suggestion we go and find a guest house. Bearing it was dark and no street lights this would be extremely difficult. A friend came to our rescue and at great inconvenience to her family we slept at her house. Supercillious staff, routine overbooking. Not good enough!!!
