The hotel has accommodation ranging from single to spacious family rooms that sleep up to five people. All rooms are recently renovated and complete with en-suite, tea and coffee-making facilities and freeview TV. Both continental and full Scottish breakfasts are available for guests each morning at minimal cost. Guests can relax and unwind in the hotel bar. Free Wifi is available in public areas and extends to most of the rooms. There is ample parking at the front of the hotel where a first come first served policy applies. A laundry service can also be provided for an additional fee and there is a decking area at the front of the hotel to give guests a place to wind down. We are also able to cater for groups and can do evening meals for parties over 10 by request.

The nearby train station is 300 yards from the hotel on the same street which provides easy access to both the city by train and the airport by bus. The hotel is also perfectly situated minutes from the world famous Knockhill Racing Circuit, Deep Sea World and Murrayfield Stadium for the best in international sport and music. We are also near Kinross for the famous T in the Park music festival and one of Scotland’s highlights, St Andrews, is only a short distance away.
