Liked: Professional and friendly staff, impeccable service, elegant furnishings, VERY reasonable prices - perfect for a relaxing holiday. Breakfast is especially good, with a range of things to choose from (try the Scottish breakfast!) and served in a lovely, cosy dining room. We stayed two nights, and were actually quite sad to leave!

Disliked: Mingyu left no negative feedback.
