Liked: Expecially the friendlyness was great!They've put me into a room with shower and toilet for free, although I only paid for a room without shower and toilet in the room.Very friendly and good staff!

Liked: A small room, but comfortable enough with the possibility to make your own tea at night (good because it's cold in winter!). Shower is one of the best I've ever had in a hotel! Breakfast not very special. Location is not very close to the citycenter but there is a busstop in front of the hotel and the bus goes frequently. After all, this place is okay for a short stay.

Liked: Cozy B&B feeling, better than a student's budget usually gets and not dreadfully far from the city centre. Just the holiday experience I wanted.

Liked: Its very clean and the breaky was fantastic not really the place to meet people, its just a clean, functional place to stay and good value for money

Liked: Good budget accommodation, comfortable beds, kettle and decent shower. Towels and linen provided. Lacking reading lights and bedside tables as well as somewhere to hang towels. Continental breakfast ample. Provision of yoghurt and better quality juice would have been welcome. Staff warm and helpful, did best to solve any problems. Would use again - pack head torch not towel.

Liked: A bit old and rickety with a variety of rooms. It had character and provided exelent value. Breakfast was provided aswell as en suite refreshments. Location was plesently quiete and not far from either Leith or Edinburgh.The showers were the best and the easiest to control that I have ever experienced. Accomodation proved exellent value.
