Built in 1860, this detached Victorian town house was once an elegant family home and is situated near the heart of Scotland's ancient Capital. The hotel is approximately one and a half miles from Waverley Station and Princes Street on an excellent bus route.

The hotel over looks the historic Leith Links where the rules of golf were drawn up and where Mary Queen of Scots learnt the game. There are many excellent restaurants bars and wine bars and of course the former Royal Yacht Britannia in the exciting new developments of the old port of Leith nearby.

The Park View boasts 22 spacious bedrooms; naturally all are en-suite and several
offer views over the Leith Links park. The rooms are comfortably furnished to a high standard with TV, telephone and hospitality tray and free Wi-Fi and free parking at the rear of the Hotel.
