Liked: The location

Disliked: It was very noisy, the bar below was very loud until 2am then there was a man water blasting the courtyard at 530am. The tv did not get any channels and the jug didn't work. The first night we were there we were given a twin room with two single beds pushed together that were very uneven, old and squeaky. This hotel is very over priced for what you get.

Liked: Perfect location for a stag do, the Three Sisters bar on it's doorstep is a great night out!!

Disliked: On check in, the reception staff seemed very short with us when the found out we were on a stag do. A bit unreasonable - remember we are the paying guests!!

Liked: The pub is ok and is located inside the hotel. The location is ok. The room is clean.

Disliked: They just lied about wi fi, they are not clear about the breakfast, the price is too expensive for the services really offered.

Liked: The room and bathroom was very big, room was warm and cosy. It is located in quiet area and great place to rest.

Liked: staff member was rude on 3 seperate occasions and then she was rude to other patrons while i was waiting for a taxi.staff very unhelpful was an inconvenience to get directions for an internet cafe.good location, noisy as there is a pub below, very very rude staffwill never stay there again

Liked: Great location at the heart of edinburgh old town. Staff is friendly and helpful. The shower is good with adequately hot water and strong water pressure. Asked for universal electrical adaptor and hotel staff attended to my request immediately. Good size room although the sheets could be cleaner but that's only a minor issue against the other plus points. Definitely recommend....!
