Liked: My fiancee and I got engaged in Samoa just before our stay at the Outrigger and the owner upgraded our room and gave us a bottle of champagne! The staff were friendly, helpful and the breakfast was great too.
Disliked: Wouldn't recommend this place for a long term stay in Samoa, only because Apia doesn't offer much of a cultural experience.

Liked: Good place to stay. Fales were comfortable and surprisingly cool in the evenings. The pool is a great bonus, too.

Liked: A small place (15min walk from town), a nice swimming pool with a hammock to die for! The fales were a bit too close together, so went for the private room with fan. Wasn't too bad. Very good size and clean. The staff could put themselves out there a bit more in terms of where to go and helpful hints of the island. The office could also open in the evening (rather than just the morning) especially for those people who arrive late to the hotel and have to keep their valuables in the room.
