Liked: Close to the city center, quiet, nice rooms.

Disliked: Does not have room service and after 1:00 am, there´s no restaurant, bar or supermarket around opened. Some people of the staff were a little rude.

Liked: Excellent value, good location, large rooms and bathrooms. The hotel was very quiet and had lots of character.

Disliked: It was somewhat difficult to find when arriving by metro.

Disliked: Not very center. About 20 minute walk down to the river.

Liked: Elegant, well located hotel, close to shopping on Rua Catarina, not far from city center and riverside although a bit of a walk. Certainly recommended in terms of value for money.

Disliked: A bit of an uphill walk if returning by foot from town center, although bus and metro services are excellent and not far.

Liked: A really nice hotel-like property and it basically does brand itself as a Hotel. Good breakfast and very clean. Just not a great place to actually meet anyone.

Liked: I stayed in this hotel during renovation works, but it was not a problem because they were working only in the hall. Staff is very very friendly, they gave us a lot of useful information. The room was fine, with air conditioning a big bathroom and all you need to stay in the hotel. For the price I paid, it was very cheap because I paid a hostel price to stay in a 3stars hotel. Breakfast was good, croissant, jams, butter, orange juice, toast and also some ham and cheese. I definitely recommend to stay in this hotel! Moreover just in front of the hotel there is a Bar where you can eat for a few euros!

Liked: All staff was very kind and helpful. Room and its bathroom are large and nice as well. Breakfast is abundant and delicious. Congratulations all staff, I am happy to recommend it to anybody who wants to stay some nice days in this nice, interesting city.
