Liked: We really like the old style furniture . Balcony on the fourth floor with such a nice view. And we love the most the best cup of coffee in the morning in the cafe downstairs.

Disliked: A bit noisy during the night but its not the end of the world. A cuttle should be there in the room. No card payment just cash.

Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful.

Disliked: The room smelled very musty, the towels were very old and hard, like drying yourself with sand paper. The constant ding-dong sound of the bell whenever someone entered or left the building.

Liked: Amazing location and great price. The staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful - my girlfriend broke her foot whilst we were there and they helped us get transport to the hospital and pharmacies and even woke up early to book us a taxi to the train station the next day. Would highly recommend this hostel!

Disliked: Had to be careful using the shower as water can runout if shower curtain not checked if covering. Just the design of the shower really..

Liked: The Atmosphere is nice. You can experience the 50s life-style in Porto. I like it. I can speak Portuguese. They provided me useful information. Nice staff. I don't know whether they speak English or not.

Disliked: When I took a shower, water was flooding.

Liked: HHelpful staff and great location. Pretty rooms and tile work in the bathroom.

Disliked: The stairway is very small and hard to carry suitcases up. The beds were very uncomfortable.

Liked: Staff were extremely helpful. They offered information for transportation, events, attractions and were overall very pleasant. Hospitality goes a long way. Also, the private balcony was a nice addition. Would love to stay there again. :)

Liked: the tennats were lovely. great location, but if not with friends, its not a hostel community. just a really small hotel. still nice though. and would go back. cheap too

Liked: They did not have a record of my reservation, but they were able to give me a room anyway for the price listed.

Disliked: It was very difficult to sleep because it was so loud. Even with the windows and doors closed, you could hear drunk people on the street, people in the hallway, and even cats outside... like they were in the same room with you!

Liked: Great place to stay in central Porto with some friends. Staff didn't speak much English but were very friendly and helpful with information about the city. The room was clean with a wrap around balcony offering excellent views.

Disliked: it was a positive experience all round.
