Liked: Everything was fine with the hotel. The staff speaks English fluently and very helpful. The hotel is in the city center and the rooms were clean. They have a nice top balcony which offer great view on the city.

Disliked: The breakfast was not too delicious, the quality of the food was under my level.

Liked: Located in the heart of the tourist part of town, on the street that is parallel to the central street, so the noise from the street can not be heard. Within 5 minutes walk there is a market where you can buy fresh fruit, and within 10 minutes walk there is supermarket. To the beach you should walk about 10 minutes The price of the hotel includes breakfast. Room has a shower, toilet, air conditioning, television, for 2.50 euros per day you can rent safety box which is in the room. The rooms are clean and spacious.

Liked: I would have spoke very highly of this hotel up until the last morning i stayed there.The bathroom constantly jammed while my friend and i were there and on the morning we were leaving i was actually locked in bathroom for 2 hours! I suffer very badly from claustrophobia so i had a panic attack whilst being stuck in the bathroom. Once the hotel staff finally got smashed the door open we had missed our only train to the airport. The man on reception was completely rude when we demanded they give us a ride to the airport and a part refund for the inconvenience. I was completely disgusted in the way we were treated after that ordeal and because of this i would not stay there again. Apart from this happening, everything was clean and fine but i feel if you get stuck in a bathroom at a hotel for 2 hours you should be treated with respect and the staff should have done everything possible to accommodate us.I am not impressed with the customer service!

Liked: location is really good - directly in the centre. staff was nice. clean and safe and a very good value for money ratio. for 20 euros you don't get any better. breakfast was quite basic, but i didn't expect more...
