Welcome to Residencial Parque. We are a Residencial that cares to offers good service at great prices right in the centre of Funchal City!

Residencial Parque is a family runed bussiness that welcomes travelers fom all over the world. From our experience in the industry, we are able to advise our guests on tours, car rentals, places to see and every information they may need during their stay.

Wi - fi access is also available on request and it's free of charge.

Accommodation Information

Residencial Parque has three accomodation types available - 3 beds, 2 beds, double bed, and can sleep a total of 48 people.
The room types available are : single, double/twin and triple.
- Single / twin rooms come either with two single beds or one double bed.
- Doulbe rooms cpme with one double bed.
- Triple rooms come with three single beds.
* A forth bed is possible on request in any room type (it has an additional cost).

Bed sheets and linen are provided and all rooms have cable TV, telephone and bathroom.

Location Information

Residencial Parque is located in Campo da Barca, in the "gates" of Funchal. we are at two minutes walk from Mercado dos Lavradores and close to all bus stations.
Also close is the "Zona Velha", the old part of town, where you will find the first roads of Funchal filled with typical restaurants of Madeira and true ambassadors of our cusine.
The cable car to monte is also located there.
