Liked: Staff wasw very friendly and tried their best to communicate in english. 24h reception Rooms were clean

Disliked: Rooms do not have windows and are very small and old fashioned decorared. The hotel is directly on top of the bus station and in front of the train station, which means it is very loud through the night. All night, local guest would go in the hallway to have a smoke. Did not feel very secure there given that the hotel had only a handful of guests.

Liked: Sadly we had £300 stolen from our room (most likely the cleaner) which was denied.Our stay was totally ruined.How many other guests have had this happen to them??? DO NOT stay there if you have money or valuables!!!

Liked: Excellent low-budget choice for someone who needs somewhere to stay for a night or two. Price includes a delicious cooked breakfast choice available in their bar/restaurant next door included in the price.Handy also for any coach or train journeys.

Liked: This hotel has a good location. It's close to main train station and city centre but I have got confused trying to find it , because hotel's loction was advertised as near bus station and nobody mentioned that it's exactly in the main bus station itself.The room was clean but very dark ( no window in the room) and had a bad smell of cigaretts.I've also found my room very cold as it has roof fire exit in the room. I can't say anything about breakfast cause I hadn't eaten it. Staff was nice and friendly. In my opinion this hotel is ok for one nigth stay, but I wouldn't recommend it for longer stay.

Liked: The location is very good especially if you use trains, bus, coaches, trams. You reach the Rynek in about 20 minutes walking. The sheets are very shorts! The breakfast is ok. Our room wasn´t very clean and the forniture are old and not fresh. In despite av the location was the room very quite. Anyway we think that you get a good value for money.

Liked: It was very exciting staying because all the windows in the hotel were on the ceiling! :-) It looks a loudy place to have a rest but we were surprised of its quietness!We'll visit it again! :-)

Liked: Convenient location for getting to town centre, though not a very nice area of town; friendly staff and helpful when they understood enough English; large and airy room but poor bed and visitors should bring a towel!

Liked: Location is next to bus and train station. Can catch tram 8,9 to centre of town easily. Rooms are mostly non smoking and smoke odours are very strong in the rooms (had to leave the bathroom fan running all day to get rid of the smell). Bathroom could be cleaner, and the hotel lacks character/class. Free breakfast was also very small in quantity (we considered skipping it to get an earlier train). Staff did not speak much English, though friendly.

Liked: The location is excelent if you don't know the city. It´s near the bus and train stations so you don't have to walk very far to find it. It's 5/10 minutes from the center, walking. The hostel is very clean, safe and confortable, in spite of the neighbourhood. Strongly recommended.
